 <description> &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; 	The 	council received the treasurer&amp;rsquo;s report as presented by Felice 	Strauss. Felice noted that the CSO militancy fund is at 32.2% of the 	$1,000,000 goal.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; 	The 	council approved the selection criteria for CSO sponsored members 	attending the Harvard Trade Union Program. If you are interested in 	attending this program, contact CSO President Tim Hill.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; 	The 	council approved a resolution in support of the Unite/Here Local 11 	organizing efforts on behalf of hotel workers in the Los Angeles 	airport area.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; 	The 	council approved funding for a CSO reception for attendees at the 	CTA Hispanic Issues Conference.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; 	The 	council received a report on the status of the CSO website. The 	website cso-nso.org will be up and running in early March. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; 	 	 	 	 </description>

 <title>Council Notes</title>

 <description>The Council adopted the 2005-2006 CSO budget as presented by CSO Treasurer, Felice Strauss. A copy of the adopted CSO Budget will be available from Council Reps. at your next caucus meeting.

The Council approved a $500 donation to the NSO Disaster Relief Fund in support of Katrina relief efforts.

The Council approved sending CSO Secretary, Shannon Oâ€™Hara, to the Harvard Trade Union Program. 

The Council approved the appointment of Terry Welborn, Ann Adler, Cheryl Bell and Sam De Haven to a committee charged with reviewing and making recommendations to the Council on the use of sanctions by CSO.

The Council received the CSO grievance report. A copy of this repoprt will be available from Council Reps. at your next caucus meeting.</description>
